consolidate sheets

Could anyone please check what's wrong with this code it does not consolidate the sheets in consolidate sheet
after consolidation i don't want the first row except the first one.

This is case sensitive compare so, it needs to be EXACT sheet name.

Sheet1 is the code name for Sheet 2010
Code name for consolidate sheet is Sheet6.

Hello Genious,

Jindon's adjustments do work, however, if you are referring to the headings, then simply copy/paste them into the 'consolidate' sheet (row1) and leave them there then make this further adjustment:-

.UsedRange.Offset(1)
