Filter out from the range that is coloured green, use those values to open new worksheet

Cross posted from Mr excel forum entitled
Filter out from the range that is coloured green, use those values to open new worksheet to compare and contrast
I cannot link due to not enough posts made by myself as per your rules.
    And trying out here now:-

All I need is the values in only the GREEN column in worksheet called SolutionrequireQuestionMark to be placed in a separate worksheets and compared, I've used the FILTER formula.
See workbook ReconQuestion for initial , and how the solution should reflect in workbook ReconSolution
    after placing a macro.
I have Office 365 on Windows platform.
Any help is welcome , any method is acceptable:- VBA, Power query, lamba,LET, Office 365 formula

According to your conversation, you did not receive any answer 'cause you forgot to attach the link of your cross posted thread
as no helper wants to waste time for something already solved on another forum …

I couldn't link despite my best efforts as the forum rules don't allow one to link if you have 8 messages like me, or to post images.
If it could be done, i would have done it, I came clean in my OP that its cross post but has no reply.

Even in my OP i wrote :-I cannot link due to not enough posts made by myself as per your rules.

I am quite courteous and would not like other to make effort x 2.
