How do I get a message box come up when a macro triggered

HI

I know you can do it but forgot how to do it.

I have a macro and I want a message box to come up asking if you are sure you want to run the macro and if I click YES it runs it and if I click NO it just clears the message box and dont do anything else.

Can anyone assist?
