Hi guys,
First post in here, thank you in advance for your help.

I am facing an issue where I'd need some help.

I have a table which I already consolidated mixing a few sheets and basically telling excel to highlight the whole row in red if Column A name from Sheet 1 and 2 do not match.

This is highlighted in Sheet 2 (which is like my matrix)
So to better understand:
- if name matches in sheet 1 and 2, then no color in Sheet 2.
- if name in sheet 1 and not in sheet 2, highlight row in red in sheet 1.
- if name in sheet 2 and not in sheet 1, highlight row in red in sheet 2.

I want to do 2 things tho:

1. I would like to tell excel to copy the rows from Sheet 1 that do not appear in Sheet 2 (comparing Column A names, these should be now in red already) and if so, copy and paste the whole row to the end of Sheet 2.

2. I would like to make some conditional statements in my Sheet 2. I would like to tell excel that to fill in row with no color if Origin (Column D) = "Argentina", and Destination (Column E) = Mexico (also Venezuela, Colombia, Australia).

My tables look like this:
