Smile Using excel VBA to transfer data from one sheet to another

    Hi all,

So I am attempting to transfer the data in one sheet dependent on an the ID which is in row A of both sheets

I want to transfer data that is displayed like A1- ID-B1 Code C1-Code in sheet1

to a table in sheet 2 that has the ID down Column A and the IDs along row 1
I want the data to be displayed as "x" to show which IDs match with which code.

I have not yet found a successful way to execute this

any advice would be greatly appreciated

This solution assumes the ID's in Column A are in the same row on both sheets.

Re: Using excel VBA to transfer data from one sheet to another

    Am I missing something...
    B710423 SBC110 SBC140 SBC180 SBC200 SBC220

    Are your results correct...
    ID SBC010 SBC020 SBC030 SBC040 SBC050 SBC060 SBC070 SBC080
    B710423 x x x x

Why is x in SBC010 when that is not related to that Id...

Thank you so much, how would you adjust this so that it only inserts crosses if the IDs across the 2 sheets match?
