Add Hyperlink to Text inside shape

I was wondering instead of adding hyperlinks to the shape itself. Is it possible to add hyperlink to added text within the shape. In my project attached, I have a sub menu appear in a shape when you hover over the Team Lead button. I am wanting to add sub hyperlinks within the text in that shape. Thank you in advance for any help.

Where there is the text "Pictures", you should insert another Shape with a hyperlink. This is basically the same thing that CheeseSandwich suggested. Except I misread where the hyperlink should be, so it's in "Group Lead".
Other comments.
If you care about animation, there must be DoEvents in the loops, but you should change the Step of the loop, so that it does not execute too long. If you don't care about animation, then loops are unnecessary.
