I have a huge excel sheet (>30000 rows) with text like this. I need to find every row which contains A=Q and B=A. In these rows I want to replace column B, C, and D with X, S and O. I need the other rows to stay intact.
Is there any way to do so?

You cannot REPLACE data with a formula. Shall I move this to the VBA section for you?
