counting of combinations of 5 numbers in rows of 20

Hi!
I want to ask for help!
I would need a macro to look for, on the left side of the workbook
There are 20 numbers per row from column to column T.
A column is omitted followed by 5 numbers in a row a
From column V to column Z.
The line of 20 numbers would be about 500
And make up as many as 5 numbers.
The task would be as follows.
Rows of 5 numbers should be searched in rows of 20 numbers.
How many times are there so that all 5 are in a row.
the result is printed in the cell after the 5-digit row.
I uploaded a picture but it's just an illustration of the role. I wrote a result in red. Which is not real just as an example.
