Req.vba code searching bill no.s and copy to another folder

Dear Sir,

I have a sheet, the first sheet contains a list of bill nos. These bills are in a folder E:\SUBHASH FILES\APR-22-BILLS\

PDF DIR.png

I need vba code by searching in the bills above folder in the sheet1, & copy those bills to another folder. D:\APR-22 COPY BILLS\

xls sheet.png

which bills were not searched, that bill has to be written in sheet2

Please help me.
