copy from one sheet to another based on criteria and delete copied rows from source sheet

I have looked online and although I have found multiple examples of vba that say they can do what I need, I can't get any of them to work.
I want to look in column E of sheet1 and if the number is greater than 0, then cut and paste the entire row to sheet 2 and delete that row off of sheet1.

This line : 63N032 3075000.020 0021191799 76 4 refuses to be deleted. I've checked the number "4" and it is FORMATTED the same as all the other numbers.
