Remove duplicate rows in column

Hi

I have a script that logs cell A5 values (generated by a formula) into column C before refreshing the workbook.
I want to remove all the refreshed duplicates in this column, but the script below seems to get stuck in an infinite loop.
How could the "remove duplicate rows in column C" code be rewritten to prevent it from looping?
