There are no "duplicates" in column G, so not quite sure what you mean.
I would hazard a guess that you mean put borders round chunks of consecutive numbers in column G, however, if that were the case then why are rows 9:13 bordered and 14:15 bordered when the numbers from G9:G15 are consecutive?
I think you'll get a solution quicker if you fully explain the logic behind the borders.

@BadlySpelledBuoy
I saw it as anagrams although I have not done anything with it.
I am not sure that the example given is spot on though...
If things don't change they stay the same
@CheeseSandwich I saw it as an anagram thing at first too and nearly just moved on.
Agree the sample data is probably a bit shonky. Have to wait for OP to pop back up and clarify I suppose.

I meant column F
ADEINORT
ADEINORT
ADEINORT
ADEINORT
It should draw the border on
AROINTED

ORDINATE
RATIONED
CheeseSandwich has understood that i guess and will pour me the solution
Maybe something like:

Worth the Wait
Thank you Cheese cant add reputation as given your reputation last so when give u one against a good solution
To a surprise it did all that 55,ooo rows in less than likely 1 minute , super speed macro
Need a small change on the macro
I need it to draw borders right from where when it is pasted on COLUMN A
Attached sample data , see manually done borders
