    MailMerge -Excel to Outlook , to add Table of contents in Mail Body based on a Column

    I have an Excel sheet with a large data , where i need to mailmerge Excel with Outlook and also my file pastes the table by filtering on the Person the mail goes to and pastes all his items related to him .

    Now i need a 2nd follow up and a 3rd follow Up - This happens for Example in my table i have a Name with 6-8 items for a person
    i sent the 1st reminder mail asking to upload a few docs -Among these she add the docs for 1 and 5 are still not uploaded ,
    so my 2nd reminder to her now shud only add those 5 itmes which have not been uploaded and any new item populated under her name .. This sheet will keep adding new items for any person , so each time data is added the last col on Mail Merge Table is Updated with New (Being New additions ), Uploaded Being (Items Uploaded with Docs) and Pending being which havent been actioned yet (no upload done yet)
    So each time a mail goes out the table should deleted Uploaded items and Add any new Items with Old pending data in their name .

    I have the initail code which sends a sample mailer to the Lead SA Col , DCSO Approver in CC Col and Mail body subject in cols U V W X Y in Mail merge table sheet .

    Let me know if my requirement is clear . Attaching a Sample file with my initial code.

    Any help with this kinda complex code is highly appreciated , i am just learning VBA , so if a code is available for such a requirement will be very useful within this week .
