Send email selecting row based on cell value

Hi all I have this piece of code that selects a row based on cell value containing the word "Check" and then copies and pastes it to another workbook.

I would like to add to also send an email containing that same row (where cell value is "Check"). If it does not find any "Check" then it still sends an empty email.
