I work on a quarterly summary report which gathers/calculates information from different monthly reports. Therefore, after the end of each quarter I usually run vlookups to gather data from the 3 respective files. However, I am new to macros and I'm wondering if there's an easier, more dynamic way to gather such data through macros rather than vlookups. An example would be great, thanks!

Answer: if you can perform a task manually, you can do it with a macro. You just need to determine/define what it is you want to do.

Yeah, it would. But it's up to you to provide the files and rules where are the files? What are their names? How do you select them? Specific files or all files in a specific folder?
