    Automatic employee shift scheduler

    Hi,

I would need help in creating an automatic shift scheduler. Client has 5 shift timings. Client send us the shifts that are available for us to fill in. Per shift can require 1 or 2 people.
I have attached a sample sheet.
Now all the people cannot work 40 hours some may only do 20 hours.

i need a way where I can plug in the employee hours per week , and as I add them to schedule , there is an indicator how many hours still left to assign?

Or can the excel automatically plug in the shifts for the people if I add their availability by day and how many hours per week they can work. And the excel does everything (this is will like IDEAL scenario)

    Thank you in Advance!
