VBA search all files in folder for keyword, then return data from specified cells.

Hi, I have a lot of Complete and Incomplete control sheets in a folder.
I have a VBA macro that searches for the keyword "Incomplete" and gives me a list of file that have that word in any cell.

Problem 1, it returns partial results as well, example = "Complete"
Problem 2, it give results that I could use to find the files, but I would like it to give a list of hyperlinked file paths.
Problem 3, I would like it to show the value of Cell $P$2 of the search result file, in the next column beside the the hyperlinked file path.

I have attached a sample file that contains both the current results, and how I would like to have the result displayed.
