Fetch dealer name basis dealer code and sort

Dear Team,

Need help in creating a small macro which can perform the following steps:

1. Match the dealer code in both files (File 1 and File 2) and fetch the Dealer Name from File 1 and update into File 2.
2. Compare the dealer codes in both files and raise a popup message in case of any dealer code is missing in any of the file (ex: cell text highlighted in red color in both files are missing dealer codes)
3. Sort the Data basis Dealer name in File 2 so all the same dealer entries come together
4. Optional step, if we can merge all the cells which are having a common dealer name

Have shared the example in File 2 for all steps.
