VBA show customs properties of all files in directory

Hi together,

I would need macro, which write custom files properties from all files (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) in directory to Excel Sheet without opening the files (to be fast). System properties is not problem to get. But I don't know, how to get Custom properties?


I just have macro, which go thru directory and write only system properties:

Second code write all CustomDocumentProperties but is very slow, open and close the Word file.
