Getting the display text of a Hyperlink

I want to use the display text of a hyperlink, I'm using the code below as a test but I get a type mismatch error even though I'm declaring it as a string

I think that Target.Range.Value might come back as a Variant so I tried this as well but still get a Type mismatch....

Ignore me... I should have just gone through what was available for Target, I wasn't looking for a Range!
