Search dataset rows for multiple criteria and combine rows if multiple criteria is met

Hello,

I have two large data sets in separate sheets. The datasets contains multiple rows with data that I need to combine. There is additional information, except my criteria, that I need to bring over.

4 columns on each sheet have the same type of data so I want to use that information to bring over the corresponding row. The data that I want to match is on this format:

Date +- one day - data set 1 is a date range of 3 dates (3 columns, min date-date-max date) and needs to be matched to a day within that range on data set 2
Length+-200 - data set 1 is a length range like the date range above but the length is +-200
E2=E2
F2=F2

I need to bring the rows over to the other data set sheet and combine it to the row that contains the matching 4 criteria.

All 4 criteria must be met for the row to "match". I tried to formulate it but I'm not able, with my knowledge, to formulate it to search through and match the 4 criteria per row, and if not met, continue searching next row and so on... When a match is found, I want to go to the next 4 criteria (row below on dataset 1) and redo the search (on dataset 2) until all rows on dataset 1 has been matched to dataset 2.

Any ideas are much appreciated!!
