automatic filter rows and columns

Hi, I am doing some trading which allows customers to fix the price at a later time, rather than at the time of fixing a contract.
so every week I need to send out pricing reminders to every customer.
in "raw data" sheet, I listed some data that I use, and in "example" sheet, that's the table I'd like to have.
tried some formulas but didn't work out.
So I need to filter "Partially fixed" and "Not Fixed" first, filter each customer and ideally add a "Remark" column if possible.
Then at last if Macro can automatically draft an email saying something like
"Dear customer

We would like to send you the weekly unfixed pricing list."
then followed by the table generated just now by Macro without sending the email.

I can record the macro to do the first part but i don't know how to make it happen to start the outlook to draft an email.
