Number & Text Extraction

Hi,

I am using the below formula from quite some times and is working fine.

TEXTJOIN(, 1, TEXT(MID(D6, ROW($D$6:INDEX($D$6:$D$967, LEN(D6))), 1), "#;-#;0;"))

What I want is that I want to extract text as well.

In enclosed workbook,I have two sheets,Data & ?xpected Result worksheet.I want my result as mentioned in C column of '?xpected Result'sheet with raw data in 'Data' sheet
