enter array or source data into a dictionary to sum types

Hi all
When a product is discounted after being created it causes a problem with the access db entry because it was never designed from first day. I needed a way to update the not only the gross value but changes made in vat class types.

I can get any discounted amounts from the string variant "EDITSTR" but then I noticed I would have the sum the vat types before passing the entry forward so maybe I should have gone straight for a dictionary instead of array
