If group of words is listed in cell, color row red then move whole row to another sheet.

***I'm adding more to this, My code works but I also need to make the row red before copying it over to the new sheet OR even better, have the row be "moved" instead of just being copied. Thoughts on how I can add this to the current code?

If a cell in column L has a certain group of words in it, I would need a new sheet created and the whole row would need to be copied to that along with the headers.
I have a mocked up file attached.

Here is an example:
If a cell in column L contains "Hello World" and "My name is Sally" Anywhere, I would like a new tab/sheet created Named "NewTabName" and the whole row/s copied to it along with the header row.


This is similar to another issue I had that was solved, but in that case the cell only had 1 number verses a long sentence. In case seeing that code helps and it may just need to be tweaked, the thread is
