In the DATA sheet, the data related to people's rates is stored.
In the Form sheet, I designed a form. My goal is:
1- The list of people's names (without repetition) should be displayed in the combobox list (with name cmbName) so that if a record is manually added to the DATA sheet, corresponding name (if new) will be added in the list.
2- In Case 1, suppose the year 2002 enters. For example, by selecting Amey and click Plot 1, the Average Rate of each month (in that year. Of course, it may not have a score in some months) will be displayed on the front of the form in a bar chart.
3- In Case 2, suppose (month) from = 3 and (month) to = 7. By clicking Plot 2, draw a bar chart related to the Average Rate of all people from all days in between those two months.
4- If press Plot 1 or Plot 2 button, the previous chart will be cleared and the new chart will replace it.
