Create sheet copy with conditions

Hello code experts
With the help of a code, I am trying to create a copy of 2A sheet with the name Portal with some editing. After a copy of 2A is created, the changes required in the new sheet are
1. Column I replace ??? with the numbers above at each Invoice number -Total as shown in the Portal sheet
or
Enter the combined rate of each row above,in column I in each row which contains -Total in column C
2. In the new sheet delete all the rows which do not contain -Total in the column C.
3. Remove the bold format from the sheet
4. Rename the new created sheet as Portal.
I have shared both the sheets 2A (Original) and the expected result sheet (Portal) in the workbook.

This was the code used in one of the other projects where I had to convert 2B into Portal. The only difference between 2A and 2B is that the 2A has each data is spread multiple rows with a blank row at every different entry. I will share the 2B sheet also for your reference.

You really should not try to find escuses to bump your threads very soon after first posting. You do this regularly, but by doing so, you remove your post from the unanswered threads filter, so for mambers who use that filter as their starting point (MANY do), your threads will be completely missed.

Sorry AliGW. I have a very wavering mind. I post the thread and feel like explaining it in simpler words and repost it again. Next time I will think twice before posting the thread so that I will not have to replace the post.

Just add the extra detail to the bottom of the opening post with the word EDIT so we can see you've added to it. This way you (a) stay in the unread posts list and (b) don't get into trouble for bumping posts before 24 hours have passed.
