Macro and form controls

Hello!

I've been googling around trying to find what I was looking for but maybe my search terms weren't good enough.

Essentially what I am trying to do is make what I though would be simple dock time tracker.

I'm trying to set it up so depending on what is entered in on the sheet when someone presses the dock/release buttons it will copy the text that was entered and then time stamp it.

I was able to get the button macro to work; however, I cannot seem to get it to take the information along with the time stamp.

Ideally I'd like to be able to put a truck schedule onto it, and then just click dock/release to make it easier for everyone on the floor.

Sorry if this has been asked before, or if I'm not getting my idea across well enough.
