Copy the format and cell values of sheets into another excel file

Hi
If I want to copy specific sheets of the original file [(first Attempt), (Second Attempt), and (Semester Attendance) sheets] into another excel File what should the VBA code be?
I need to keep the format (I mean keeping the shape of original sheets) and copy the cell values of each sheet in the copying process. Here, the cells include formulas (functions) .
is that possible to copy the format or shape of sheets and cell values only? I collected the required sheets in the attached file.
