Highlight set of equal adjacent cells with shaded color

Hello guys,
I hope you are all doing great.
I have in column A, a set of names that may have equal duplicates only in adjacent cells of th same column.
I want to discrimate rows based on the cells of column A, on the basis of equal cells grouped together.
Please refer to my excel sheet to see how coloring should work.
I am open to any kind of solution even if it was a formula in another column, by which i would apply filter on it.
I am grateful for any kind of assistance.
