VBA: delete line break and concatenate below numbers if searched string found.

VBA: if the searched string is found, delete the line breaks and concatenate the below numbers.
I am looking for a simple VBA code to delete line break (to concatenate points separated as (1), (2), (3),....(last number)) if the searched string 8string& found: is found.

Thank you but the VBA works only on one row cell and not in the below rows.
