Compare data from 3 tables and return closely matching timestamps

Hey guys, I am new in the forum. To explain my problem shortly:

I have these 4 tables with Item Number, Palette Number, Date and time stamp for that respective date.

I need to match the Palette Numbers from Table 1 with that of Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4. Once a match, I need to look for the exact date and closest timestamps for those specific matches and return only the closest timestamp (e.g within 1 hour).

Example:

In the above photo, for example, the Palette Numbers is a match, however, there are two same Palette Numbers on the same day, with different time stamps. I need to match the closest ones from Table 1 to Table 2, from Table 2 to Table 3, and from Table 3 to Table 4. In the end I want to calculate the complete movement time with this information.

I hope I was able to explain myself. Could I do this with VBA or maybe something simpler?
