Hello everyone,
I'm trying to have a specific format of text seperated into different cells.
The text consists of number codes, single words and short descriptions, as well as codes consisting numbers AND letters. Some of the elements can contain more than 1 word and have a comma or space in them.
The text always has 8 elements, which I want to seperate into different columns/cells.
I actually only need 3 of the 8 elements so i can use them for other things later on. I will hightlight those red in my sheet.
I know that the manual way is to use the text to columns function, but I want to remove that step by automating it.
Also since my text has spaces in the elements themselves, right now i have to manually put semicolons in between the elements to use the text to columns function.
Sorry if this is not well explained, my english isn't as good :D.
It might become clear with my sheet.
Also, i only have to do this for one text in one worksheet, not a list of them. Meaning I usually insert a text out of a pdf and want it seperated for this specific sheet.
