VBA "UpdateTime" not working

Good evening,

The attached workbook contains a module in the "Bid Schedule" sheet which used to work fine to update the "clock" on the "Board" sheet. Suddenly this stopped working on numerous machines and I have been unable to identify what has caused the time to stop advancing. The macro code is below, and I have attached a sample sheet. Any help would be appreciated!

Cell L3 in sheet Board should contain the formula =Now(), and it contains a constant value.

Wow that's sad. I've spent hours trying to figure this out! 🤦🏾*♂️🤦🏾*♂️

I guess what threw me off is a VBA error that triggers when I click the "Close Board" button on the "Bid Schedule" sheet, which is supposed to stop the UpdateTime task. It errors out on the CloseBoard() function with the debugger highlighting the last line:

Once that started happening (again, seemingly out of nowhere), it falsely triggered me to suspect that more was broken.
