Send email to Dynamic list from table

I've written this code

to send an email to a list of recipients..

I wasn't sure how to do the .to bit so did a botch job for now.. I've now put all the email addresses in a table called USERS and this is dynamic and can be added to. I would like the email sent to all the recipients in that table.

How do I do it, google's not giving me any answers

It would be easier to help and test possible solutions if you could attach a copy of your file. Explain in detail what you want to do referring to specific

Rather than desensitizing a shed load of data.

Basically, column 4 of Table USERS holds email addresses. I need all these email addresses turning into an array and adding to the .to line of code...
