Rename Multiple Table Headers & Multiple Tables based on Cell information

Afternoon All,

Newbie here.

Im hoping that someone can help with my query.

Im looking for the ability to update multiple Table headers across multiple tables which are on multiple sheets. I have provided the headers needed in Cells C3:AM3

All headers need to be the same on all of the tables.

Would be grateful if you could help.

That works perfect. Is there a way to only call out certain worksheets so that i dont override all of the tables on my workbook?
