Macro to insert a formula, if not a drop down data validation

Hi all,

So I am not really good at VBA, i am just trying to loop in column G starting from row 31 till end of worksheet. If, the macro finds "Supervisor", i want to add the drop data validation in its corresponding H column. If not data Matched, add a certain vlookup formula in column H. I want the Macro to run automatically when changes happen in Column G without having to click to run the macro.

So I tried the following for one cell, but i am unaware how to proceed further to loop in the two columns, and it is just not overwriting column H when the condition doesn't match :
