    change formating of countdown timer while running

    Hello

    Excel file is attached.

    I want the timer to change colors while its counting down from 2min. I changed the formatting of the cell containing the time, but the color stays red regardless of the time.

    That does not work. Color is still red for the entire 2min. Does it work for you?

    It DOES work...but only if you use the format I gave you! (Hint:. You have to include "AM")
