Get country name or names, if exits in column with vLookup, VBA or VBA function

In sheet1 I have two columns, "Address Info" and "output VBA or vLoopup Result".
I have a list of countries in column F.
Now I want to check if one or more countries from F appear in the "Address Info" column and if one or more country names exist then get the name or names in the "output VBA or vLoopup Result" column.

Why for the last position, "Venezuela" is given twice ("Poland, Venezuela, Venezuela"), is it supposed to be in the real result ?

    UDF
    Use in cell like
