Help with adding and deleting users to a table on a different sheet to the button

Thank you for taking the time to read this!

I am making a league table for a project at work and to stop issues happening I would like to automate everything I can using macros.

I am trying to add and remove users in table on a different sheet using macros on the second sheet.

Add User
This needs to add a user to the table, I tried for ages and couldn't get anything to work. One thing I noticed when trying to manually enter the data is that the new row created wasn't formatted the same as the rest of the table so please can the macro ensure that happens.

Remove User
This needs to select the row depending on the name in the field next to the button and remove that row from the table.

The data is all sample data as my actual workbook is using sensitive data.

Apologies for not having a starting code to go off here but I am new to VBA and I'm struggling so far. I appreciate any help even if its not creating the code and its just advice.
