Can you Copy Paste range and table to another sheet?

I need a very simple Copy- Paste of a small range and table to second sheet
When I finish adding data to the main table , I need to back it up to the second sheet and leave one row between
I tried posting this question yesterday, with the actual sheet, but I think it was just tooo confusing.

The table is not always the same size... Sometimes the table will have 4 rows, sometimes it might have 40 rows.

The second sheet will just be a few of these tables with just one row space between them like this:
