Need VBA help to create 3 unique dashboard from rawdata

HI experts

i need a help on vba to create dashboard of metrics on networkdays average and WE count nos shown as dashboard in dashboard sheet.

i have raw data where need to consider only 4 column for both calculation GL Acc Type, ISSUES,WE,Network Days Aging

Table-1 Start B17
Take an account in column F:F = Global
Take an unique values only in column G:G list in from column B17
Take an unique value only in column N:N list in from column C16
then show average of Network Days Aging column Q:Q in fill across week and issues


Table-2 Start after 3 rows from Table-1
Take an account in column F:F = Global
Take an unique values only in column G:G list in from column B17
Take an unique value only in column N:N list in from column C16
then concatenate (count and % of header week count) in fill across week and issues like 1(10%)

Table3
Copy and paste
fill unique week across row from C9 til end of
copy this line (On line Software as a Service (SaaS) with value from Table1
copy this line (On line Software as a Service (SaaS) with value from Table2

find the pivot table similar requriement in dashboard sheet.
it can be easy in pivot table in sec. but objective is reduce file size we have huge data in rawdata so it hang when do filter in pivot.
