Push data to next row after column F

I have done Manually expected results O to T

Macro to process data which is upto at 55555 rows

Logic is to get the data squeezed at 6 column when finds data at G onwards insert row and push data below

I actually thought when i hit run , i would have waited at least 1o seconds for 20000 rows + , i did not believe when it pulled at 1 second

U can test this 2ooo rows and see which is faster than another

For this dataset, compress finishes in 1s, and my routine in 2s.

No time to make a coffee either way.
