How use checkbox for conditional formating cells

Hello Masters of Macros Excel VBA.
I need your advice.
I have this code for conditional formating cells and font

Then I need ADAPT this code for CHECKBOXING
in the way the when I check the box --- work the coditional formating code and paint cells and change color font.
when I uncheck the box --- delete all conditional formating.
I can use a button of course, but CheckBox is more practical.

If you can guide me how ADAPT this two parts of code with a same checkboxing I will be grateful.
