Can't delete named ranges - linking to other file

I have an issue where the named ranges are duplicated. I had 2 spreadsheet open at the same time with same named ranges. File names were different.
When I created the named ranges, only 1 file was open at a time.

If I go into the Name Manager, I see the ones linking to an external file (deleted file) but I am unable to edit or delete them.

Any ideas what I can do without starting from scratch?
The ones referencing F:\ need to be removed but the Delete button is unusable.

Figured this out on my own.

Issue: Somehow a tab from one spreadsheet overwrote an existing one and pulled over the Named Ranges. Once I deleted that tab, the other ranges dissappeared.
