Autosave script once in a while couldn't save the file

Hello, I have following problem,

On remote desktop I have turned on Excel file 24/7 with working script in the loop. Everything works fine, however sometimes macro couldn't be saved (I got this information only when I check wheter file was saved).
I Have no idea why this happen. File is opened on remote machine all the time without closing it, additionally file is secured with password and no one is opening it in "write" mode, only in "read" - many people use this file.

I am clueless,
Is it possible, that someone has like "Super access" to this folder and when he enters the file then automatically the person inherent control over file?
If yes, what kind on admission it must be?
