Import multiple txt file into multiple sheets

Hi Experts,
I'm totally new VBA/Macros Programming. I have assigned a task and i'm trying to look for corresponding coding

.

Requirement:
I have multiple txt files in Local Drive. 8th line and position from 10-12 of each txt file will title of "worksheet" that data in this txt file needs to be imported into excel .
Actual Data to be imported into corresponding worksheet begins from 13th line to end of txt file . If Worksheet do not exists, then create work sheet at end of the existing sheets.

I have to read all txt files and load into worksheet.

1. 2205 is not an excel version. Excel versions are shown as 2010, 2013, etc. and O365. Please update your profile so that we know and understand which version you are using.
