How to save a macro in excel itself and not in appdata ?.

I have created a few sheets for myself and work colleagues and when i've sent it over to each of them when trying to use it tells them it couldn't find the macro in appdata folder. Is there a way to have the macro saved within the excel file itself so I can pass it around without having to also send them the macro to place in their Appdata folder ?.

So just include the VBA procedures within the workbook and save it as binary format .xlsb …
