Filter triplicates based on matching entries in two columns

Hi

In the sample file attached I have two routines - both display duplicates based on last name in column (G) and first name in column (H). "MatchName" resets the filter to filter on the entire list, while "MatchNameSub" filters only on the filtered list.

Both routines work correctly. However, I want them both to find and display TRIPLICATES only (based on Last Name and First Name).

I tried adding >2 before THEN but it found nothing at all - not even the duplicates.

Help please.
