VB Code to find text with criteria and change text

Hello Sir:

I have data as shown.
I need VB Code to go thru the Payee in column and Amount in Column F.
If Payeee is "Internal Revenue Service" and Amount is greate then 500.00 then
change the Payee to "Internal Revenue Service - 940' Otherwise
change the Payee to "Internal Revenue Service - 941'

In this case E2 will change to "Internal Revenue Service - 941'
In this case E3 will change to "Internal Revenue Service - 941'
In this case E4 will change to "Internal Revenue Service - 940'
